Since Edwin and Anna Schnuck opened our first store, we've worked very hard to provide quality products, great value, and the friendly customer service that earned us the label the "Friendliest Stores in Town." We call these our core values because they're the fundamental reason for the success of every store, from the first one in north St. Louis in 1939 to the new locations being opened even now by the third generation of Schnucks.
It would be easy to think that we owe our decades of success to our combination of family values and customer service, but we know that that's only half the story. The other half of the story is you, our customer.
Rather than operating all stores the same, we know that it's crucial to really know and value the people we serve, to treat them like family, so we have intentionally chosen to remain rooted in the Midwest, where we better understand our customers: their values, preferences, and interests.
Though Logli, backed by its parent company Schnucks, has been serving Rockford for 13 years, we felt it was important to spend a lot of time talking with the local community to understand how we could work together to make your shopping experience better.What we learned is that we need to focus on providing more options, more quality products at value prices, and more locations. Because of that feedback, and as a result of the ongoing feedback that you provide, we're confident that we'll be better together and that, in the end, we'll better serve you.
